What you will be doing
    Your expertise:

    - Experience in a similar position or on a Travel Manager position at a travel agency
    - Fluent spoken English
    - Russian - nice to have (B1-B2)
    - Strong communication skills
    - Ability to multitask

      - Working up the logistics of employees' work trips
      - Visa support through an agency (if necessary): collecting documents, getting certificates, providing support until documents are submitted to an embassy
      - Booking and buying flight and railway tickets, picking hotels, ordering transfers, ordering insurance, booking time for PCR-tests, car rental, etc ( within the stated budget)
      - Communication with Staff Records Department: submitting information about forthcoming work trips (including the purpose of the trips)
      - Preparing travel-related information before work trips; providing information support during the trip
      - Preparing invitation letters (when they are required to enter a country)
      - Controlling payment of accounts
