    Your expertise:

    - Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodology in product management tools
    - Knowledge of product management
    - Work experience with a cross-functional team
    - Work experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
    - Knowing the principles of coding, testing, building software products. Practical experience in one of these activities
    - Analytical mindset, ability to multitask
    - Ability to devise and communicate constructive feedback;
    - Ability to make decisions and take on responsibility
    - Technical Writing
    - Fluent in English and Russian

    - Identifying product objectives and top product requirements
    - Product Roadmap creation and maintenance
    - Product backlog prioritization
    - Initiate conducting qualitative and quantitative research of new tasks and issues on the project tools
    - Support the idea at all stages: initiation, planning, implementation, completion
    - Work with identifying and providing for the user needs
    - Form a uniform thoughtway in the development teams to ensure understanding and independent decision-making by each team member
    - Organize professional engagement and interaction between programmers, UI designers and other product team members
    - Coordinate and prepare specifications for the development teams
