What you will be doing
    Your expertise:

    - Develop a strategy to seek out and attract relevant candidates
    - Actively seek out candidates in various sources (job sites, different messengers, networking, friends and acquaintances, communities)
    - Contact closely with managers on issues related to planning and hiring new employees
    - Organize and hold interviews
    - Support new staff members through adaptation
    - Analyze the salary market
      What we feel is important to say:
      - 3+ years' work experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry
      - Knowledge of and hands-on experience with up-to-date recruiting methods and tools
      - Understanding of the entire process of seeking out candidates
      - Proven record of successfully filling vacancies and skills in holding interviews
      - Knowledge and excellent understanding of the IT specialists market
      - Good communicative and organizational skills
      - English: Upper-Intermediate and above
      - Russian is nice to have
        Selection Process:
        - Primary selection of candidates based on their CV
        - Relevant candidates will be invited for an interview
