Light Artist

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Light Artist to join our marketing team.

What you will be doing:

- Responsible for creating all the necessary elements for the comp department
- Ability to work within the lighting and rendering pipeline and capable of
troubleshooting common rendering and lighting technical issues
- Research and test new creative and technical directions
- Learning new techniques and softwares
- Interacts respectfully and professionally with colleagues
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge in the areas of rendering, lighting, shading and compositing

Your expertise:

- Knowledge in Maya, Painter and the adobe tools
- Experience working with remote render farms
- Experience with characters lightning and shading
- The ability to create high-quality shading and lighting visuals following the concept art
- The ability to light a full 3D environment with characters and props
- Strong understanding of principles of lighting (such as choice of light,
placement of the light source and how to create the desired mood for the
specific shot/asset)
- Good communication and strong problem solving skills
- English language skills: B2 or above
