We are currently looking for a Lead ASO Designer to join our flagship project Family Island

    - Form the ASO Team;
    - Build efficient processes;
    - Improve the quality of art and artistic skills of the team;
    - Act as a bridge between designers and ASO managers.

        - 3+ years' work experience in an ASO department in GameDev;
        - Portfolio;
        - General understanding of performance in ASO;
        - Ability to see imperfections in art and provide constructive feedback;
        - Being a leader rather that a manager;
        - A degree in Art will add a plus to your karma;
        - Good command of English.
