What you will be doing:
    Your expertise:

    - Collaborate with Engineering and Product leadership to successfully implement continuous testing and continuous delivery of the game Family Island;
    - Oversee the day-to-day initiatives of the teams and assist in removing obstacles to meeting Quality commitments;
    - Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentoring and professional development to team members on standardized processes and best practices in the testing industry;
    - Work side by side with Quality Automation leadership to Identify opportunities to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
      What we feel is important to say:
      - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience;
      - Experience managing Quality Assurance, Build & Release, and/or Software Development teams;
      - Understanding of issues in development, customer support and data processing and ways to resolve them;
      - Comprehensive knowledge of DevOps best practices and principles, and proven experience implementing these practices in an enterprise environment;
      - Experience in the mobile game industry;
      - Oversee Quality Assurance automation framework design and implementation;
      - A strong background in Agile practices and hands-on experience in transforming quality assurance practices to Agile.
      - English: Upper-Intermediate and above
