- Organize meetings in a distributed management team
- Manage the schedule for regular internal meetings, mail out the agenda, make notes, templates and other materials that help to prepare and hold the meeting
- Arrange venues and equipment for business presentations and teleconferencing
- Provide assistance to managers in preparing regular reports and presentations
- Arrange dates and schedules for single important events with business partners and company employees from different locations
-Coordinate logistics for participants from different locations, including flights, transfers to destination points, logistics between the office and hotels on the days of events (in cooperation with the company's travel specialists)
- Welcome guests and make arrangements for their comfortable stay in the office (together with office managers)
- Organize team-building activities for quarterly conferences with colleagues from other offices
- Determine the agenda and and the format for non-work activities to develop networking and informal relationships in a team
-Plan food and beverage, work with catering services, prepare souvenirs and promotional merchandise for participants of events
- Organize and supervise non-work activities, collect feedback and plan improvements
-Manage quality and cost
- Improve processes for communication, arranging meetings and training for participants
-Plan and get approval for items of the budget for team-building events, optimize work with suppliers
