3D Art Lead

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious 3D Art Lead to join our team. Someone who is organized, creative, passionate and knows how to lead, invent and get things done.

What you will be doing:

- Development and creation of scenarios for creativity, taking into account marketing triggers
- Support for creative development at all stages: videoboard, animation, environment, render, compositing (excellent understanding and command of the CGI video development pipeline)
- Communication with other marketing departments
- Willingness to prepare sketches independently (if necessary)

Your expertise:

- A professional in marketing (the ability to correctly place accents and triggers
- Conceptual thinking
- Developed sense of volume, form, color theory and composition
- Understanding the basics of 3d (animation, scene construction, light and camera work)
- Ability to independently prepare sketches for work (if necessary)
- English language skills: B2 or above
