Administrative Manager

We are currently looking for an Administration Manager to join the team in our Lithuanian office.

What you will be doing:
    Your expertise:

    - A graduate degree
    - Fluent spoken / written Russian
    - A must-have experience dealing with migration issues, arranging trips and executing staff records
    - Solid computer skills (MS Office)
    - 1+ years' work experience in a similar position
    - Fluent spoken English and Lithuanian - Advanced / Native
    - Work experience with paperwork management and document flow
    - High level of personal leadership and multitasking skills, ability to take on responsibility and willingness to provide assistance
    - Ability to work with objections and complaints and to process an array of information
    - Arrange and draw up documentation for business trips (tickets, accommodation, arranging meetings, etc.)
    - Migration and employment of foreign citizen in Lithuania: application, support, renewal, making amendments
    - Keep Human Resources records: work with contracts of employment, hiring/firing procedures
    - Substitutability with the Office Manager in a range of tasks
    - Provide assistance to senior managers and employees of the company
    - Liaise with other offices of the company
