- 3+ years' work experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist in the IT industry
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with up-to-date recruiting methods and tools
- Understanding of the entire process of seeking out candidates
- Proven record of successfully filling vacancies and skills in holding interviews
- Knowledge and excellent understanding of the IT specialists market
- Good communicative and organizational skills
- English: Upper-Intermediate and above
- Russian is nice to have
