What you will be doing
    Your expertise:

    - Have at least 3+ years of experience in IT sector or in a law firm specializing in IT / IP, video games / interactive entertainment companies, mobile developer
    - Have a Master's degree in Law
    - Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian legal acts and are able to apply them in practice
    - Proven legal experience in tax regulations, GDPR and privacy regulations
    - Strong ability to draft of legal documents in Lithuanian and English
    - Strong ability to draft of contracts governed by foreign law
    - Be fluent in Lithuanian and English both spoken and written, Russian as a plus
    - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of international team
    - Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage numerous projects and conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment

      What we feel is important to say:

      - Corporate – preparing corporate minutes, resolutions, advising on compliance with corporate laws
      - Vendor Contracts – drafting/ revising/ negotiating contracts on sale and purchase of fixed assets and materials, services agreements, IT equipment, outsourcing, engagement of contractors
      - Tax and fiscal regulation – analysis while reviewing commercial contracts, ad-hoc advice on VAT and corporate tax matters
      - Employment (except purely staff records) – legal advice on current issues, preparing non-routine resolutions, amendments, ad-hoc advice on labor and employment matters
      - IP – third-party software/tools licensing, IP clearance, ensuring proper formalization of work for hire creation, internal paperwork and policies around the topic
      - Data protection – compliance monitoring and providing ad-hoc advice at the local level
      - Ad-hoc legal advice to management, staff records and finance teams of the company
