Responsibilities

  • Development and further management of long-term work planning processes, creation of a production roadmap for the quarter
  • Management of the big art team (20+ employees) in collaboration with art leads
  • Defining work scope for each project, development of detailed plans for the production of Art content
  • Resource management, capacity and hiring planning, team workload optimisation
  • Risk management in relation to the timing and quality of result delivery, regular task tracking and informing stakeholders about the progress of work
  • Interaction with stakeholders from different offices and teams to coordinate briefs and accept results
  • Responsibility for the art team efficiency in general: speed , terms and quality of delivery, capacity, relevant skill set, motivation and well-being of the team
  • Productivity increase, development of the team, its processes and tools.  Integration and alignment with core processes of parental department and best practices of the company.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing an art (creative) team of at least 10+ people
  • Strong project management skills - building and monitoring timelines, performance of the team
  • Risks and problems solving skills
  • Experience in art both as an individual contributor and supervisor
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence (ability to set up projects and pipelines in Jira, custom boards and filters)
  • Change requests management
  • Communication with stakeholders
  • English language skills: С1 or above
  • knowledge of technologies and pipelines of content production in a team, the ability to estimate production times
  • strong skills in developing and agreeing specifications with customers (case studies)
  • Calendar and resource planning for teams 10+ (experience from a year, cases) drawing up a roadmap and a team load plan for 3-6 months
  • Development of templates, description of content production processes

Gross salary 3000 - 5000 EUR/month. We are open to discuss a salary based on your competencies and skills.
